All rental items, equipment, and party products remain the sole property of HALL IN 1 LLC at all times.

The customer is responsible for rented items from the time of delivery, setup, or pickup until returned and accepted by HALL IN 1 LLC.

Any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty items may result in additional charges, repair fees, or replacement costs.

3. Reservations, Deposits & Payments

Reservations may require a deposit to secure the requested date and inventory.

Final payment terms may vary depending on the rental package selected.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within the approved notice period may qualify for a refund or credit.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, weather-related cancellations, or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of deposits.

Approved refunds may require processing time.

5. Delivery, Setup & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the event location.

If delivery crews encounter unsafe conditions, blocked access, pets, hazards, or restricted entry, service may be delayed or canceled without refund.

Setup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or scheduling.

6. Safety & Use of Equipment

Customers agree to use all rental equipment safely and according to any provided instructions.

Children using inflatable or party equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Improper use of equipment voids liability protections.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HALL IN 1 LLC shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, delays, weather interruptions, indirect damages, or losses arising from use of rental equipment or services.

Use of rented items is at the customer’s own risk.

8. SMS Communications
